Zebra Press brings you a preview of the exciting new collection of SA writing on hours and cities edited by Louis Greenberg, Home Away – to be launched in April. Watch out for the first pages of each of the 24 stories, which will be run in hourly sequence every day.
It’s 1 AM and SA Partridge takes us to Triolet, Mauritius:
Couldn't the sample be 2 pages? It's already agony waiting 25hrs for the next one. And while I'm open to the tease - it being a pleasure in its own right - can't the powers that be here give just a little bit more tease, please?
I don't think they're doing the incremental hour thing... that would get confusing. It's just the wording 'which will be run in hourly sequence every day'. It means the chapters will be in hourly sequence... like midnight, then 1 a.m., then 2 a.m., etc.
